Troy Clark, the Owner of Sterling Heating & Air is very honest and dependable. He is very knowledgeable, takes the necessary time to listen to your concerns and fully diagnose the issues, and thoroughly provides the information about what is wrong with your systems and the best path forward. Both times he has been to our house has been for Emergency repairs. We are now taking advantage of his very reasonable service plan to prevent the last minute emergency service calls going forward. I highly recommend Sterling Heating & Air for any of your HVAC needs.

Troy and his Crew are the Best in the Business! He was Quick, Efficient, Knowledgeable, and Fairly Priced! He came out diagnosed the issues of our current systems and walked us through the process of replacing what was needed. Install day was smooth and efficient (they cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than when they got there). Troy was conscientious about making sure I understood everything about the new system. I highly recommend Troy and am happy to spread the word about his company!

What an amazing company to do business with. As a first time homeowner, I was very confused and nervous about getting a new HVAC system. Troy and his team were able to walk me through the process of picking the best system for my home. As they inspected my home they also explained every detail of how the new installation would take place. They were quick to answer my phone calls and even came back by for a check up on my home. I suggest anyone needing a new system to work with this company. 10 out of 10, I would recommend.

Troy responded immediately to our call due to a referral from a previously satisfied customer. he showed up at the time agreed and couldn't have been more personable or knowledgeable. He checked out our HVAC unit that was not working and explained what he thought the problem was and had it fixed in about an hour.
